施工準(zhǔn)備工作對防滲膜的技術(shù)要求
做防滲防腐前，對池體進(jìn)行清理找平。鋪設(shè)表面垂直深度25mm內(nèi)不得有尖銳雜物：如瓦礫、石子、混凝土顆粒、鋼筋頭、金屬或其他碎屑等足以刺穿HDPE防滲膜之雜物。HDPE防滲膜為柔性材料，可根據(jù)池體的任何結(jié)構(gòu)，做任何造型的包裹襯里。所有拐角、直角部分，均應(yīng)做成圓角或倒角，避免損壞HDPE防滲膜。鋪設(shè)完，應(yīng)緊接著焊接，管道節(jié)點(diǎn)、陰陽角、拐角等難處理的地方，可配合熱風(fēng)機(jī)和擠出式焊機(jī)進(jìn)行焊接。鋪設(shè)到要求位置，返邊于墻內(nèi)，砌磚固定。
